Spectator Eliminators return to Shawano Speedway The Shawano Speedway is going to have Spectator Eliminator Races on Saturday, June 11th, 2011. They will follow the regular program. The cars must be street legal, cars must be driven to the speedway, cars must have street tires (no oversized tires), cars must have seatbelts and the drivers must wear a helmet. Starting order will be determined by drawing for starting position. The entry fee is $10 per car, with 100% payback to the winners. Driver must also purchase a pit pass.

4 Cylinder Race Cars return to the Shawano Speedway The Shawano Speedway invites the 4 cylinder race cars to race on Saturday, June 25th, 2011. It will be a feature race only, with hot laps before the feature race. Line-up will be determined by draw. Payout will be announced at a later date.

On Saturday, July 9, 2011 the Shawano Speedway will be having the Reed Luepke, Child Cancer Awareness Night, sponsored by:  Trace Racing and AJ Diemel Motorsports.  We will be having many silent auction items, 50/50 raffles and other events (More details will be released at a later date.).  The proceeds will be used to offset medical expenses for Reed and also be donated to Child Cancer Support Programs.  Your support will be greatly appreciated by everyone involved. 

The original plan to donate the proceeds from the 50/50 raffle from Saturday, May 21st, 2011 has been changed to Saturday, July 9th, 2011, so we can plan many more events.
